John Stefano is a dually licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Colorado. He specializes in adaptive-reuse, infill/urban land, covered-land, industrial redevelopment, multifamily and single-family development.

A native of New York State, John now splits his time between Charlotte, NC and Centennial, Colorado, where he is Managing Partner of the Real Estate Development Fund, Centennial Real Estate Partners. He is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds a BSBA in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.

In winter, you can find John and his family on the slopes in Colorado. He’s an avid marathoner, enjoys attending music festivals and is a fundraiser for Autism Speaks.
