The firm's owner, Clifford Blanquicet, Jr. was awarded the "Broker to Watch" award from the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors and is the winner of the Silver award for commercial real estate production for the Charlotte region in 2016 & 2017. He was also a Platinum award winner in 2018, the board's highest honor regarding sales and transactions in the region.
